Dr. Thomas (Tomi) Homonnay is passionate about delivering premier dental care in every aspect - pursing the highest level of artistry in the field and pushing the boundaries of conservative cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Homonnay has studied with some of the leading names in Aesthetic dentistry, including Dr. Michael Apa (Apa Aesthetic) and Marshall Hanson (The Marshall Hanson Method), further refining his skills in minimally invasive, transformative smile design. His Expertise with cutting edge Micro-Thin Prepless veneers - smile transformations that preserve healthy enamel while delivering life changing results - set him apart in the world of cosmetic dentistry.
He implements his extensive training in real time, never satisfied with the status quo and always looking to exceed expectations for each patient with truly custom results.
He has recruited a team that shares the same passions and feels strongly about eliminating barriers of confidence in patients' lives so that they can grow, improve and progress both personally and professionally. He knows that the power of our smile, like no other feature of the face, inspires us to live our best life.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with honors and continues to invest in advanced training to ensure his patients receive the very best and most modern approaches to care. He has completed extensive coursework in cosmetic dentistry and advanced veneer techniques. Furthermore, he is a graduate of The Gerity Orthodontic Residency and the Alabama Implant institute.
As a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Nashville Dental Society, Dr. Homonnay remains at the forefront of his field while bringing a friendly, down-to-earth approach to every patient interaction. His goal is simple: to provide dental care that’s thoughtful, thorough, and tailored to your needs.
Dr. Homonnay has deep roots in Brentwood—he grew up just minutes from the practice, attended Brentwood High School, and played competitive soccer before joining the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team at Belmont University. He and his wife, Laura, are proud to be raising their four children in the same community they’ve always called home.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Homonnay enjoys hiking, skiing, travel, and has a deep appreciation for all things outdoors. He especially loves being a father and finds joy in sharing his hobbies and adventures with his kids whenever he can.

Complete your new patient forms before you arrive. This will allow us to prepare for your visit, streamlining your appointment and minimizing wait time. Forms are online for your convenience and will be received by text or email.

Bring your ID and insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications and relevant medical records. We also offer an affordable in-house membership plan as an alternative to traditional insurance.
