Our Brentwood Aesthetic & Family Dentistry Membership Plan is a simple way to access the care you need year-round with no waiting periods, deductibles, or hidden fees.
Covered 100%: All preventative and maintenance treatments including Exams, X-Rays, Cleanings, Fluoride treatment (up to age 18) and sealants.
Covered 40%: Restorative treatments including fillings, primary extractions and periodontal therapy.
$75 per additional periodontal cleaning
